Associate Director, Deputy Chief of Police
Reporting to the Director of Public Safety, the Associate Director serves as the second in command, and is responsible for the management, direction and effectiveness of the Bureau of Community Policing and Patrol Services of the Boston College Police Department. The Associate Director will deploy resources in a manner consistent with best practices in Community Policing philosophy and will establish objectives to reduce crime, strengthen the relationships between the department and its community, and increase the community's awareness of the department's services and programs.
