10:00a.m.-12-Noon.     Professional Development Session One (Dolores Stafford of D. Stafford & Associates) – Federal Compliance: Where Are We Now with Changes and Updates to the Guidance from OCR and Department of Education?

 

12-Noon-1:15 p.m.        Lunch and Vendor Introductions

1:15p.m.-2:00 p.m.        Vendor Area Opens – Raffles!

 

2:00p.m.-3:30p.m.        Professional Development Session Two (D. Stafford & Associates) – A Clery Act “Test”: What is Required and How to Build and Facilitate a Successful Tabletop Exercise On Your Campus

 

3:30p.m.-3:45p.m.         Break in Vendor Area (Refreshments/Snacks/Raffles)

 

3:45p.m.-5:00p.m.        Professional Development Session Three: Free and Unpopular Speech, Lessons Learned from the Dr. Charles Murray Incident (Lisa Burchard – Middlebury)

(NOTE:  Formal Vendor Program Ends at 10:15 Tuesday.  Vendors are invited to stay through Tuesday evening and continue their vendor displays at their discretion).

10:15a.m.-12-Noon       NECUSA Annual Business Meeting and Elections – Roy Room

12-Noon-1:00 pm          Member and Past President’s Recognition Luncheon and Swearing in of New Board Members – Roy Room

1:00p.m.-1:45p.m.        Professional Session Five:  Cracker Barrel (An annual favorite: bring your questions!) – Facilitated by Board

Conference Ends

June 12th Wednesday – (One Day Professional Development Session –Paid Conference Attendees are Welcome to attend free of charge

Non Conference attendees $125.00 for one attendee, $100.00 for two or more attendees

Topic: Mental Health First Aide Certification

Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course that teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The training gives you the skills you need to reach out and provide initial help and support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem or experiencing a crisis.
